Plymouth County District Attorney, Tim Cruz, is not happy that a suspect with a record of illegally possessing firearms and impersonating a police officer is out on bail and violating parole.

Plymouth District Attorney, Tim Cruz says Barlow was held without bail since February 16th when Superior Court Judge, who ruled he was no longer a threat and released him under the conditions that he wear a GPS monitor and only leave his residence for medical appointments.

Barlow has violated that parole by visiting shopping centers and a school in Plymouth.

Cruz filed a motion to revoke his bail, but a Superior Court Judge denied it, leaving Cruz no legal recourse.
